Wedding..

This weekend was very eventful for the Littlejohn and Raysor families! Sam and Susie had their wedding on Saturday....and I must say that it was absolutely gorgeous!! Everybody had such a great time and all of the kids had so much fun getting to play and dance. Susie looked stunning in her wedding gown and Sam looked very nice in his tux. Miss Olivia looked very adorable in her little red dress. She did so well this weekend, even with all of the commotion, she was a little social butterfly and really ate up all of the attention! :) Here are some pictures (taken by H.O. Happy 25th Anniversary Mom & Dad

My siblings and I got together and planned a surprise anniversary party for our parents, which we had this past Saturday. Without Josh here (he was helping his brother, Bob, move on Saturday), things were kind of crazy for me....you should have seen me frantically running around getting last minute details taken care of. I'm glad that I was able to make it through the day! We actually decorated twice....my parents brought up their karaoke machine and while they were setting it up...we were supposed to be decorating for the "birthday" party....so we did...Happy Birthday banner and all.....then we took it down and redecorated with anniversary stuff. It was a very hectic day and I'm truly amazed that we were able to pull it off!! Mom and Dad were both pleasantly surprised...they didn't have a clue the party was for them. You can tell by the reaction in this picture.

It was a very nice evening and I'm very thankful that friends and family were excited to celebrate Mom & Dad's marriage. It was a nice tribute to a wonderful couple! So, today is there actual anniversary....Happy 25th Mom and Dad!! Hope you have 25 more!

Hannah and Haden were also there, but I couldn't get them to sit still for a good picture.

Kindergarten

Faith started Kindergarten on Thursday. She has been asking all summer when school will start. I thought that the excitement of going to school would wear off before school actually started, but I was wrong. She went off to her first day of school with a huge smile on her face. She was literally bouncing with anticipation in the car on the way to school. I didn't expect for her to just walk off by herself, but that's exactly what she did. She blended in with the other students as though she had been there for a lifetime. I was really proud of her and held my tears in until I was leaving the classroom. She is growing so fast, I know that I will be sitting at her highschool graduation wondering where all of the years have gone. So, for now I am just going to enjoy her childhood as much as possible. Here are a few pictures from Open House and her first day of school.

Grandma Wanda and Papa Jack....

Grandma Wanda and Papa Jack came down this weekend to visit. As mentioned in a previous post, they watched Faith for me on Friday night. Wanda and Faith made me some birthday brownies (they were yummy!) and Jack cleaned my computer. My computer is running so smoothly now, I can't believe the difference. As you can tell in this picture, Faith is absolutely loved to death by them. Here is a picture of the three of them...Jack is reading Faith "Jack and the Beanstalk" and Wanda is combing her hair....you would think she was royalty or something. Faith has four awesome Grandparents, she's a very blessed little girl!

Buster.....

Here is the newest addition to our family. We got Buster on Saturday and he's already like one of the family. He's a full bread Shihtzu, calm and well mannered. He's already doing very well with the house training business and has taken up wonderfully with Faith. She carries him around the house like a baby, wrapped up in a blanket and sometimes in doll clothes...it's really cute. I never in a million years thought that I would have a house dog, and I'm still not completely okay with it, but I'm warming up to him a little at a time. :)
